Terms of Service

These terms of service apply to the purchase of digital products on Teoritilkørekort (hereinafter "We" or "the Provider"). By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

Upon purchase, you are granted access to our digital platform where you can practice theory tests. Access is delivered digitally and is available immediately after payment.

All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT. Payment is made via the available payment methods on the website. The amount is charged upon completed order.

As a general rule, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing digital products as a consumer. However, please note that the right of withdrawal may lapse if:

• You give your explicit consent that access is delivered immediately, and
• You simultaneously acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

In that case, the purchase is binding and no refund will be given.

If you have not given this consent at the time of purchase and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, you must contact us in writing via email. If the access has not been used (e.g., if you have not logged in or used the material), the full amount will be refunded.

We reserve the right for technical errors, temporary downtime, and changes to the platform's content. Access is personal and may not be shared with others.
